RENOFORM DYW 3001 New
RENOFORM DYW 3001 is a ready to use synthetic forming lubricant with high performance.
Due to the special combination of raw materials it has a high affinity with the material surface and acts highly efficient.
RENOFORM DYW 3001 provides tools and parts with a light but effective film to reduce tool wear and provides a perfect lubricity. It also keeps stamped parts and tools cooler than oils due its excellent heat transfer film.
RENOFORM DYW 3001 is free of chlorine, heavy metals, mineral oil and organic solvents. No hazard labeling with H304 phrase.
Application
RENOFORM DYW 3001 is sufficient for all chipless forming operations such as deep drawing, stamping, tube drawing and bending of steel, aluminium and non ferrous materials.
RENOFORM DYW 3001 is also suitable for light forming operation of stainless steel, but only suitable to a limited extent for galvanized materials.
RENOFORM DYW 3001 can be applied by using common application methods, e.g by brush, rollers or spraying systems.

Degreasing
Regarding of the small residues it will be possible to abstain from a degreasing process in a lot of cases. In case of necessity of degreasing a simple process like cleaning with water-based systems by dipping or spraying or also only warm water will be possible.
