ECOCUT MS 222
Neat cutting oil with extreme pressure for the severe machining of steels
Description
ECOCUT MS 222 is a neat cutting oil formulated with a specially selected hydrotreated mineral oil fraction (Group III), plus: a polar additive, appropriate combination of extreme pressure compounds, antioxidants, and ingredients with anti-wear properties. This has been specially developed for all those operations where excellent lubrication is required, minimising the coefficient of friction between the workpiece and the tool and reducing oil mist and easily flammable volatile compounds.
Application
ECOCUT MS 222 is used for all machining operations where high lubrication is required in the cutting area, either due to the type of operation to be carried out (broaching, deep drilling, threading, etc.) or due to the type of material to be machined: stainless steels or highly alloyed steels of high hardness.
Benefits / Advantages
- Good anticorrosive power, which allows a perfect conservation of the machine tool.
- Excellent surface finishes and longer cutting tool life.
- Product formulated without chlorine, which facilitates the further treatment of oily residues.
- Minimal formation of oil mist and therefore a better environment in the working area, minimising the risk of fire.
- High wetting capacity which facilitates the removal of heat generated at the point of application.
